- What materials are your jewelries made from? Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials, including 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, and brass. Each product page provides information on the materials used. Make sure to review the description before making a purchase.

- How should I care for my jewelry? To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, avoid exposure to water, oils, and perfumes. After each use, gently wipe it clean with a cotton or microfiber cloth and store it in a dry area. For more detailed care instructions, click here.

- Can I use multiple discount codes in one purchase? Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied per purchase.

Orders

- Where do you ship to? Currently, we ship within the USA. As we continue to expand, our market reach will grow too.

- Where do you ship from? All orders are meticulously prepared and shipped from North Carolina, USA.

- How long will it take to receive my order? The delivery timeframe varies depending on your location. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. For US shipments, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, excluding express or overnight options. Specifics will be outlined in your confirmation email.

- Which shipping carriers do you use? We utilize USPS  for our shipping services.

- Can I return my purchase? Please familiarize yourself with our Refund/Return policy for guidance.

- My jewelry arrived damaged, what should I do? If your item sustains damage during transit, promptly contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. Additionally, inform us at support@shopluxefinery.com about the damage caused by the carrier. We're dedicated to assisting the carrier's investigation and supplying any necessary information to resolve your claim.

- Incorrect Order or Shipping Information on my order? Changes can be made if your order hasn't been processed. Quickly reach out to us at support@shopluxefinery.com for assistance. We can adjust the shipping address if your order is still in processing. Kindly note that Luxe Refine Jewelry cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping details provided during order placement.

- I damaged my jewelry through user error, can you replace it? Regrettably, we cannot replace jewelry that's been damaged due to user error.

- What if I change my mind, the item doesn't fit, or I purchased the wrong item by mistake? We don't offer returns or exchanges in cases of changed minds or mistaken purchases. To ensure your satisfaction, please thoroughly review all relevant information, such as materials and sizing, before completing your purchase.
