Every Luxe purchase will arrive in a box . In that box our pieces are placed in our microfiber pouches or white jewelry boxes.

All boxes and pouches are designed to be reused for travel and storage of our pieces.

We have a 7-day return policy from the time you receive it. Products must be in their original packaging, unworn, and in resell-able condition (return the same way you receive it). If we discover that it has been worn, we will return the products to you.

Sale items, earrings, and Lovie bangles are excluded from our return policy and are considered final sales. Additionally, all international orders are final sale.
